the LA Times report that Full Tilt Poker are facing a new lawsuit from federal chiefs for $900 million amongst claims that the site misappropriated player funds and used them for operational purchases as opposed to keeping them in a separate reserve account, going against what it states in their Terms of Conditions. Additionally, it is alleged that Full Tilt illegally deducted rake from pots played whilst the site was active.

The defendants include CEO Ray Bitar as well as board members Howard Lederer and Chris Ferguson. Additionally, the complaint includes Phil Ivey and Gus Hansen whom it claims helped to promote the site and attract new players.

If the complaint reaches court, it is expected to include thousands of people across the country.
