Today (29th September 2011), Full Tilt poker had it's gambling licence revoked after a tribunal by the AGCC commissioners with immediate effect.

The revocation comes after a 6-day hearing in London. Full Tilt Poker had previously had it's licence suspended since 29th June 2011.

During the 6-day hearing it had emerged that Full Tilt bosses had continually lied to AGCC by claiming it had liquid funds despite those funds actually being seized or restrained by the US authorities.

The revocation does not mean that Full Tilt Poker wont be able to reactivate the licence under new management or investors.
